Introductory Call

Before booking my 12-week program, I suggest that you schedule a complimentary discovery call (held via zoom).

I will answer any questions you have about my process and will help you get clear on the areas of growth where I can help you evolve, set dream-based goals, and overcome your biggest obstacles.

Spiritual coaching without the SPIRITUAL bypass

If you’re on a spiritual journey but feel like you’re not manifesting the life you want, my tools will help you see yourself more clearly so you can take aligned action and find the sun beneath the clouds.

I will never tell you to “just think positive” or to look externally for answers. My goal is to help you take full ownership of your life so you see how much power and control you have. (Hint: that’s where the magic is).

I’ve been where you are

I spent years feeling so stuck in my life, constantly riding an emotional rollercoaster, feeling out of alignment with my worth, reading countless books, listening to hours of podcasts, and still feeling awful. I was depressed, anxious, and living in guilt city— which I would leave only when I was taking a trip to shame island.

I hated my job, sold myself short at work and in romantic relationships, and spent hours scrolling through social media seeing other people live the life I wanted. I kept looking for something outside of myself and nothing changed until I really started to tune into my thoughts and understand my own mind.

I’ve been to therapists, spiritual advisors, and coaches and if there is one thing I could tell my younger self it would be this: There is nothing wrong with you, you just don’t have the tools you need to live in your truth and overcome obstacles.

Week 1-3: Building Conscious Awareness

What you believe about your life, determines your life. Though conscious awareness I will help you get clear about what you want, overcome limiting beliefs, and discover what’s possible for you. Your brain has all of the answers. I’m here to guide you to show you that you have them.


Week 7-9: Reinventing Relationships

Once you understand how your thoughts and expectations are affecting your relationships, they will never be the same (in the best way). This is the path to developing stronger relationships with friends, family, or partners so you can have less conflict with yourself and in your relationships.


Week 4-6: Emotional Mastery

In this section, I will help you to learn how to embrace your emotions rather than avoiding them. I will teach you how to map your emotions on a physical level so you can tap into your body and process anything that is coming up for you. I will teach you key aspects of emotional mastery so you can regulate your emotions and respond rather than react to any situation.


Week 10-12: Self-Confidence

I know that you want more than anything to believe in yourself and take control of your life. Over the course of 3 weeks, I will help you move from a place of insecurity to deep-rooted trust in your own abilities and unique qualities. Say goodbye to low self-esteem and low self-worth. This is where it all comes together.

12 weeks of 1:1 spiritual mindset coaching includes:

  • 8, 1-hour private coaching calls where I’ll help you build the path towards radical responsibility so you can live in alignment with yourself and your desires.

  • 4, 30-minute coaching sessions to ensure you are integrating the tools into your life with accuracy and intention.

  • Unlimited access to self-development worksheets, 100s of journal prompts, and a 30-page self confidence workbook.

  • Session recaps that outline the details of the information that we covered and how to use it effectively.

  • Unlimited access to a Q/A document where you can ask any questions, submit self-coaching questions, get that nudge of accountability you need to push forward, or celebrate a big win in between sessions.
