The Daydreamer Coaching Grant is a community offering designed to make mental health and emotional wellness more accessible to all. I extend the opportunity to work with me 1:1 to a limited number of individuals who are fully committed to their growth but have financial constraints.
Spaces are limited, however, I will continue to offer grant opportunities seasonally. If you are not selected this time around, there is potential for working together in the future.

The sole purpose of Daydreamer Coaching is to provide educational materials and coaching in the area of self coaching.

You get out of coaching what you put into coaching. I can offer you tools and support along the way but the more committed you are to yourself and your goals the more benefits you will experience.

It is common to work with a therapist and coach at the same time. While therapists often help with processing intense pain and trauma, my coaching programs are designed to examine your default thinking. I will help you get perspective on your life and your mind and give you tools to help you approach life in a more purposeful and guided way.

Yes, you can! I highly suggest doing a thought download daily (in the morning, if possible) to allow your brain to release all of the thoughts that are swirling in your mind.
However, even the best coaches need coaches. My support helps hold you accountable, helps you to uncover sneaky thoughts, and offers an outside perspective that we as humans can not offer to ourselves.

Unfortunately, insurance does not cover coaching workshops or programs.
